Welcome home to Carrington Place in Norman! This move-in-ready 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with a STUDY sits in one of Norman’s most sought-after neighborhoods, with a direct and clear view of the park and greenbelt directly to your south because the park is your neighbor on that side!
The first floor has lovely hardwood floors throughout. You’ll find a large living area with built-in surround sound, a study, and a huge open feel kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a pantry, and views of the backyard through the large windows. Upstairs, wood flooring continues up the staircase and into all three bedrooms, including the large primary suite with a walk-in closet, room for a seating area and/or desk, tall ceiling, and soaking tub in the primary bathroom. AND, there's a hidden door to attic space storage in the primary closet!
Added upgrades that bring both beauty and peace of mind include an in-ground storm shelter in the extra wide and long garage - you could fit two cars, an ATV, AND a work bench all at once comfortably in this garage! The backyard has also been fully transformed: it’s been regraded and seeded with low-grow native ground cover, the garden beds hold native plants and flowers, and natural rock outcroppings and a new paved walkway tie it all together. Add the spacious covered patio with those views of the greenbelt, and you've got a perfect area to enjoy good food and conversation with friends! Need a bit more room in the backyard to work on something? You've got an extra concrete pad to the south, and the gate on that side of the home is extra wide!
Carrington Place amenities include two swimming pools, two playgrounds with green spaces and walking paths, basketball courts, soccer fields, and a dog park. PLUS, Ruby Grant Park and scenic paths are in walking distance! You'll want to schedule to see this home in person soon!
